The SPIDA is significantly smaller than many other plants, the spray booths are only 1m³ and therefore the amount of contaminated air required to be treated is considerably less. SPIDA was designed to fit into a clean area. Input air is taken through high quality filtration and the appropriate abatement system fitted.

Water Management

SPIDA booths are fitted with two types of water management.
1. Centrifugal – Water and paint are separated by spinning.
2. Scraping – The water is treated to allow paint to float. This is scraped off the surface into disposable. bags. Clean water is returned to the booth.
